  • Apple – 1 No
  • Banana – 1 No
  • Grapefruit – 50 grams
  • Dates – 5 No
  • Mango – ½ fruit
  • Papaya – ¼ fruit
  • Sapota – 1 No
  • Orange – 6 wedges
  • Pomegranate – a handful
  • Honey – 3 spoons
  • Jaggery – required quantity
  • Cashews – 10 counts
  • Cardamom – a little

Cooking Process

Combine all the fruits and grind them in a food processor. Add honey, jaggery, cashews, cardamom and mix well before serving.
