Al-Arini while speaking to Al-Arabiya FM said that the system offers the employee who works night shifts extra benefits and compensation.

– The human resources advisor continued by adding that the employer has a duty to pay the employee who works night shifts appropriately, safeguard his promotion rights, and account for the service and working hours he performs in.
