Jawazat reveals the fine for delaying the issuance of Iqama for the worker
The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia revealed the value of the fine for not issuing a resident ID (iqama) to the worker after 90 days from the date of entry.
Saudi Jawazat explained that iqama can be issued to the worker through Absher platform or Muqeem platform of the employer, after paying the fees, and a medical test is required to allow the beneficiary to complete the procedure.
– Earlier this, the Jawazat called Saudi citizens to take advantage of issuance and renewal of Saudi passport through the Absher platform, and to deliver it through postal services.
– The General Directorate of Passports called on all citizens who wish to travel outside the Kingdom on the importance of ensuring the validity of their passport and the remaining period for their expiry, as well as updating the national address and make sure to add their dependents, so that documents can be delivered through postal services.
