Zakat and Customs announces the procedure for traveling outside the Kingdom by others Car

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia has set the necessary procedures for traveling outside the Kingdom by third party car or vehicle. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Twitter

– The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority also clarified that traveling by a third party car requires a valid external authorization from the vehicle owner to the driver of the vehicle while crossing through the customs port, with the need to meet the previous conditions for the origin of the form.

– Earlier this, Saudi Moroor clarified on issuing authorization for driving the car outside the Kingdom from the owner of the vehicle, it can be issued online through Ministry of Interior website for vehicles of a private type only. – While driving outside the Kingdom, vehicle’s registration license and insurance must be valid, authorized person and his records must be free of traffic violations, the driver must have valid driving license, the duration of external authorization must not be more than six months.
