SDAIA launches a new phase of Tawakkalna services Application
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) launched a new phase of the “Tawakkalna Services” application, with a new identity, services, and digital features available to government and private agencies and individuals, including citizens, residents, and visitors of the Kingdom. During the launch of new phase of Tawakkalna Services, several senior officials from the government sectors were attended at the ceremony, specifically at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh.
– The redesigned “Tawakkalna” is seen as a national success for all, introduced by “SDAIA” to fulfill the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to improve the coordination of public works initiatives and streamline the delivery of services to recipients.
– In his opening remarks, Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, the head of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), commended the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince, for their support and directives in enabling the Kingdom’s digital transformation and achieving the maximum benefit from contemporary technologies. Represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s data and artificial intelligence, whose applications are now seen in every aspect of day-to-day living.
– Al-Ghamdi stated that, We are happy to collaborate with SDAIA’s partners from government agencies, headed by the Ministry of Interior, to introduce a new phase of one of SDAIA’s services through the Tawakkalna Services application. With the use of data and artificial intelligence technology, we at SDAIA were able to accomplish amazing things, the results of which were showcased in several projects. And the technological advancements and digital platforms that helped the country, its citizens, and everyone else who calls this fortunate land home.
