Saudi enforces measures on citizens regarding real-estate in Georgia – Gulf Insider

Saudi Arabia’s embassy in Georgia has called on its citizens to take several important measures before taking the decision of investing in real estate in the country.

The embassy said that people wishing to invest in real estate in Georgia must fulfil three requirements, which are:

1 – Those wishing to invest must check and visit the embassy before signing the real estate investment’s contracts.

2 – It is important to hire a certified lawyer to receive advice before starting the contract signing procedures.

3 – It is important and necessary before signing to know the regulations of investment and documenting the contracts with the House of Justice in Georgia.

Foreigners are not allowed to own agricultural land in Georgia, the embassy noted.
