Health consultant recommends Walking 10,000 steps daily
Walking is the best exercise for health, weight loss, and the prevention of modern diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, according to Professor and research scientist on carcinogens Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, he gave advice to walk frequently. “Walking adorns your health, preserves it, increases the hormone of happiness, regulates sleep, activity, and practical performance in all your affairs,” Al-Khudairi tweeted on his Twitter account.
– The rule is walking plus modifying your nutritional behavior and quality of life, he added. As for the methods for losing weight, if you leave the using of “Victoosa, Saxenda, and Ozambik needles, the weight will return worse than before.”
– Maintain a healthy diet with a balance of nutrients, avoid eating more sugars and pastries than is necessary each day, and get some exercise. All of your life, your weight will be inside the range.
– Walking is a key factor in promoting bone health, burning extra calories, and lowering cholesterol. The health ministry said, “When walking is with you for 150 minutes a week, it promise you a better mood, greater heart health and decreased weight”.
– Previously, Saleh Al-Ansari, the Public Health Consultant stated that, walking is one of the most important reasons for recovering from diabetes.
