Saudi Arabia introduced a Mobile phone app on Wednesday for self-registration of Hajj and Umrah travellers’ biometrics.

Pilgrims may now use their Mobile phones to apply for Hajj and Umrah visas. They will be granted online, eliminating the requirement for travellers to visit visa centres in their home countries to register their biometrics.
