Bahrain: Brave CF President Receives Keys To Colombian City – Gulf Insider

BRAVE CF president Mohammed Shahid has received the keys to the Colombian City of Zipaquira, following the Bahraini organization’s event in Colombia, last August. The key symbolizes the freedom of the recipient to enter and leave the city at will, as a trusted friend of city residents.

The ceremony was made to officialize Zipaquira as the next host of BRAVE CF in Colombia, but also to build international collaborations through BRAVE CF as well as increasing the international exposure of Zipaquira by bringing a world-class show by the most global MMA organization in the world.

For his part, Mr Shahid has thanked them for the honour of receiving the keys of Zipaquira, following what was truly a groundbreaking moment for combat sports in Colombia and Latin America.

‘’I would like to take this opportunity to thank His Excellency Wilson Garcia Fajardo, the mayor of Zipaquira, for presenting us with the key to his beautiful city, and thank him as well for his interest in hosting the most global MMA organization in the world, BRAVE CF’’, said Mr. Shahid, who continued:

The MMA organization was founded by HH Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and recently set a new world record by becoming the MMA organization to be hosted in 29 nations.
