Bahrain 13th in IHF Men’s Junior World Championship – Gulf Insider


Bahrain junior national handball team have made history after securing their highest-ever position in the World Championship.

The national team succeeded in clinching the 13th place in the ongoing 24th International Handball Federation (IHF) Men’s Junior World Championship, co-hosted by Germany and Greece until July 2.

Bahrain handball juniors made the exploit after beating co-hosts, Greece, 38-29 in the placement match 13-16, held today at Rentis Sport Hall in Athens.
