To the Arab and International Police Directorate, we enclose herewith the information bulletin and the arrest warrant for the accused, Salwan Sabah Matti Momika, to pursue him outside Iraq for the charge assigned to him in accordance with the provisions of Article (1)/372) of the Iraqi Penal Code, according to a memorandum issued by the Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq and addressed to the Ministry of Interior.

– On the first day of Eid al-Adha, a Swedish citizen burned the Holy Qur’an in front of Stockholm’s largest mosque. Iraq had requested that Sweden turn over the man so that he might be punished in accordance with local law.
